Family History

Our Family History group welcomes both complete beginners and those with years of research behind them. Together we explore the stories, records and clues that help us uncover our ancestors’ lives and understand the times they lived in.

Sessions often include sharing research tips, looking at useful online resources, helping each other break through “brick walls”, and celebrating the discoveries that make family history so rewarding. Whether you’re tracing a single branch or building a full family tree, there’s always something new to learn.

If you’re curious about your roots and enjoy a bit of detective work, you’ll find friendly support and plenty of inspiration.
