The Italian group is suitable for those at an intermediate level of Italian. The aim of the group is to enjoy improving skills in all aspect of the Italian language. Members have studied Italian for a number of years and are at a level described as 'intermediate' (B1-B2)

During our weekly meetings we engage in a variety of interesting and engaging activities to help us learn the language and about Italian culture. The first half of each meeting is usually spent reading, translating and discussing an Italian short story or other text. After a short coffee break we then usually look at an Italian vlog, a piece from Easy Italian News or use material from another source. We aim to have fun but at the same time to be enthusiastic about improving our Italian language skills. We try to speak Italian throughout the whole of each meeting.
