Dance with the u3a and explore the rich world of Early Dance — from elegant Elizabethan Galliards to lively country dances, right through to the flair of Argentinian Tango. We cover a wonderfully varied mix of styles, all taught in a relaxed, good‑humoured atmosphere.

You don’t need a partner and you certainly don’t need experience — just a sense of fun and a willingness to give things a try. The emphasis is on enjoyment, gentle exercise and discovering dances from different periods and traditions.
