We are a friendly, participative group who enjoy helping each other to find out more about the history of Shrewsbury and Shropshire. Members research a topic of their own choice, either alone or with other members, and we share our findings in a variety of ways, e.g. by giving a talk, showing photos, a computer presentation or perhaps a quiz.
There are occasional guest speakers and visits to places of local historical interest, but the emphasis is on group members learning from each other.
